静岡 伊東市長への不信任決議案 きょうの市議会に提出・採決へ
学歴詐称の疑いが指摘されている静岡県伊東市の田久保真紀市長に対する不信任決議案が9月1日に開かれる定例市議会に提出され、採決が行われます。可決された場合、市長は議会を解散するか、辞職・失職するかの判断を迫られることになります。
伊東市では田久保市長の学歴詐称の疑いについて市議会の百条委員会の調査が行われるなど市政の停滞や混乱が続いていて、補正予算案の編成に遅れが出るなど市民生活への影響も懸念されています。

不信任決議案が可決された場合、地方自治法の規定に基づき、市長は10日以内に市議会を解散するか、辞職・失職するかの判断を迫られることになります。
また市議会の百条委員会は、ことし7月の証人尋問への出頭や、「卒業証書」とされる書類の提出を市長が拒否したことなどについて、地方自治法違反の疑いで刑事告発することも決めています。
田久保市長は8月29日の記者会見で「しばらくは発表項目以外の質問への回答を控える」などと述べていて、今後の市長の対応が焦点となります。
