LINEとヤフーのビジネスIDが統合 共通の「ビジネスID」に
LINEヤフーは、法人向けサービスのログインIDである「LINEビジネスID」と「Yahoo! JAPANビジネスID」を新たな共通の「ビジネスID」に集約する。7月1日から提供開始した。

ビジネスIDは、LINEビジネスIDを名称変更し、共通のログインIDとするもの。「Yahoo! JAPANビジネスID」でログインしていた法人向けサービスに「ビジネスID」でログインする場合、今後企業側で統合作業を行なう必要がある。
LINEヤフーが推進する「LINE公式アカウント」を中心に据えたビジネスプラットフォーム「Connect One構想」の一環として、IDを統一するもの。同構想では、LINEヤフーが保有する、広告・販促・コマース・顧客体験(CX)・DX・データ分析・CRMなどのビジネス活動を、LINE公式アカウントを起点にワンストップで企業に提供することを目指している。
これまでサービスごとに分断されていた顧客基盤をシームレスに繋ぐため、ビジネスIDに刷新する。
対象となるサービスは、「LINEビジネスID」でアカウント開設/管理画面にログインしている「LINE公式アカウント」「LINE広告」「ビジネスマネージャー」「LINEヤフーマーケティングキャンパス」など。 「Yahoo! JAPANビジネスID」でアカウント開設/管理画面にログインしているサービスは、広告サービスから順次統合を行なう。Yahoo!広告を利用している企業は、7月23日からログインIDの統合に対応予定。
あわせて、ログイン画面もLINEヤフー共通のログイン画面として刷新する。
