【セブン冷食】洋食屋さんみたいな「よくばりプレート」グラタンとハンバーグが乗ってて贅沢！ストックしておきたい美味しさです《実食レビュー》
食品から日用品まで、幅広い商品を取り揃えているセブン‐イレブン。コンビニとは思えない、クオリティの高いフードやスイーツなど続々と販売しています。

今回レビューするのは「7プレミアム グラタン&ハンバーグ」です。価格は429円（以下、すべて税込）。
冷凍コーナーを眺めていたところ、ひときわ大きな冷凍食品を発見。カラフルなパッケージ写真がとても目立っていました。
こちらの商品は、グラタンとハンバーグがワンプレートで食べられるそうです。
なんて贅沢なんだと思い、つい手に取ってしまいました。しかもカロリーが351kcalと、洋食のコンボ食品にしては控えめでうれしい！
パッケージの説明によると、凍ったままの商品の袋に5cmほどの切り込みを入れてから加熱するそうです。
加熱が終わる頃には、デミグラスソースの香りが広がってきます。
レンジから取り出すと、グラタンのグツグツした音が聞こえて、食べる前からワクワクしました。
袋の中には、手のひらよりも大きいトレーがひとつ入っていました。
トレーの真ん中に仕切りがついていて、片方にはグラタンが入っています。公式サイトによると「蔵王山ミルクのコク深い味わいのグラタン」なのだとか。
もう片方には、ハンバーグ1個と、ブロッコリーが入っていました。デミグラスソースがツヤツヤして美しいです。
ホワイトソースはクリーミーで、コクもありうっとりしてしまいます。
チーズはまろやかな口当たりで、後味スッキリで食べやすい。
マカロニは、ホワイトソースの中にゴロゴロと隠れていました。ぷるっとした噛み応えで、ホワイトソースがよく絡んでいておいしいです！
ハンバーグはやわらかく、フォークで簡単に切れます。ジューシーな断面にうっとり。
ひと口食べてみると、ふんわりとした肉の食感と、玉ねぎのシャリッとした食感が合わさっておいしい！
肉の旨みと玉ねぎの甘さに加えて、コショウのピリッと感がいいアクセントになっています。
デミグラスソースは食欲をそそるいい香り。濃厚なソースを絡めると肉の旨みが引き立ち、さらにやみつきになる味わいです。
