西・東日本で真夏日に 29日にかけ広範囲で大気不安定
28日も全国的に気温が上がり、西日本と東日本では30度以上の真夏日になったところもありました。一方、前線と低気圧の影響で、北日本から西日本の広い範囲で29日にかけて大気の状態が非常に不安定になり局地的に激しい雨が降るおそれがあり、気象庁は低い土地の浸水などに十分注意するとともに、落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風にも注意するよう呼びかけています。
気象庁によりますと、28日は西日本を中心に曇りや雨のところが多かったものの、全国的に気温が上がり、日中の最高気温は、鹿児島市で32.3度、那覇市で31.9度、京都市で31.4度、福岡市で31.3度、名古屋市と宮崎市で31度ちょうどなどと真夏日となったところもありました。
また、東京の都心で28.8度、仙台市で26.6度、札幌市で25.7度などと各地で平年より1度から5度ほど高くなりました。
29日も気温が上がる見込みで、日中の最高気温は、さいたま市や前橋市、宮崎市で33度、東京の都心や横浜市、静岡市で32度などと関東や九州などの各地で真夏日になると予想されています。
日中はこまめに水分を補給しエアコンを適切に使うなど熱中症に注意してください。
一方、低気圧と前線がこれから本州付近を通過するため、29日にかけて大気の状態が非常に不安定になる見込みです。

気象庁は低い土地の浸水や土砂災害、川の増水に十分注意するとともに落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風、それにひょうにも注意するよう呼びかけています。
