高血圧の診療ガイドラインに似た本 ネット通販で販売 誤記載も
高血圧や骨粗しょう症などの専門の学会が作成している診療ガイドラインと紛らわしい、タイトルなどがよく似た本がインターネットの通販サイトで販売されているのが確認されました。生成AIで作られたとみられ誤った記載も確認されたということで、学会が注意を呼びかけています。
日本高血圧学会によりますと、8月発行された高血圧の診療ガイドラインにタイトルや表紙のデザインがよく似た本がインターネットの通販サイトで複数、販売されているのを確認したということです。
このうち「高血圧管理・治療ガイドライン2025」という実物と同じタイトルの本を学会が購入して調べたところ、全体で70ページ余りと4分の1ほどしかない上に、著者の詳しい情報が書かれておらず、内容も治療の目標とする血圧の値が古い数値になっているなど誤った記載が確認されたということです。
学会が出版社を通じて連絡しこれらの本はサイトから削除されましたが、同様のケースは骨粗しょう症などの診療ガイドラインでも確認されていて、関係する学会は間違えて購入しないよう呼びかけています。
こうした本について生成AIに詳しい国立情報学研究所の越前功 教授に分析を依頼したところ、1つの文が短く箇条書きが多いことや、図表がないといった特徴から生成AIで作られたとみられるということです。
日本高血圧学会の市原淳弘理事は、「一般の人が間違えて購入すると病気が悪化することにもつながりかねないので、類似品でないかどうか注意してほしい」と話していました。
