楽天トラベル、AIエージェント「AIホテル探索」開始
楽天グループは、旅行予約サービス「楽天トラベル」において、宿泊施設を提案するAIエージェント「楽天トラベルAIホテル探索」の提供を開始した。スマートフォン版の楽天トラベルサイト上で利用でき、ユーザーの希望に沿った宿泊施設を最大30軒まで提示する。利用は無料。
新たに導入された「楽天トラベルAIホテル探索」は、クチコミや宿泊プラン、予約トレンドなどの分析データを活用し、旅行者のニーズに応じて宿泊施設を提案する機能。自然言語を理解するAIがユーザーとの対話を通じて条件を聞き取り、検索条件に反映させる。抽象的な表現や従来の検索フォームでは指定しづらい要望にも対応できる点が特徴となっている。
入力は、専用のテキスト入力欄から開始できる。場所や日程、人数、予算、宿タイプ、設備などの条件に加え、ユーザーが入力した自由な要望に基づき、AIが適切な宿泊先を最大30軒選定する。
提案結果は、宿泊施設の写真や価格、クチコミ評価、AIによる「おすすめポイント」などを含む一覧形式で表示される。各施設の位置は地図上でも確認できるほか、検索条件の再設定や追加候補の提案などにも対応しており、比較検討や再検索もスムーズに行なえる。
