長野 ４人殺害事件裁判 被告「黙秘します」繰り返す

おととし長野県中野市で女性2人と警察官2人の4人が殺害された事件で、殺人などの罪に問われている34歳の被告の裁判で、10日 被告人質問が行われ、被告はすべての質問に「黙秘します」と繰り返しました。

おととし5月、長野県中野市で女性2人がナイフで刺され、通報を受けて駆けつけた警察官2人が猟銃で撃たれるなどしてあわせて4人が殺害された事件では近くに住む農業、青木政憲被告（34）が殺人などの罪に問われています。

これまでの裁判で検察は刑事責任能力は完全に問える状態だったと主張したのに対し、被告は起訴された内容を黙秘し、弁護側は責任能力について著しく弱まった心神耗弱の状態だったと主張しています。

長野地方裁判所では10日、被告人質問が行われ、被告ははじめに弁護側からの質問に対し「すべての質問に黙秘します」と述べ、何か話したいことはないか聞かれると「何もありません」と答えました。

その後、検察がなぜ黙秘するのか質問したのに対しても「その理由についても黙秘します」と述べ、その後も答えることはなく、裁判は予定の時間を変更して10日の審理を終えました。
