工藤静香「歯触りがいい」野菜のカット方法に驚きの声→「どうしてそうなるの？」「ほんと職人技です」
歌手の工藤静香さんが5月8日にInstagramを更新。漬物に最適な野菜の面白い切り方を披露しました。
工藤さんは「最近お気に入りの可愛いお皿」と、やや深めの縁取りが波打ったお皿に盛り付けられた料理の写真と動画を投稿。

「このお皿は宇宙人ピロピロ星人がギフトしてくれました」と工藤さんが「ピロピロ星人」と呼ぶフルート奏者で長女のCocomiさんからプレゼントされたお皿には、ヘルシーな鶏肉やサラダが盛り付けられています。
2枚目は動画になっていて、お皿のなかで目立っているギザギザなニンジンについて触れられています。
動画は1本まるごとのニンジンが繋がるように切られていて、工藤さんが「びよーんと伸びるよね」と切り口を見せる内容です。工藤さんによれば「本当はきゅうりでやるととても伸びます」なのだとか。
独特な野菜の切り方をした理由について、投稿で「この切り方をして酢漬けにすると、歯触りが良いですし、味もしっかり入ります」と明かしています。
また、肝心の切り方についても「片面を細かく縦に切ります、半分以上切り目を入れて大丈夫です。そしてもう反面を斜めに細かく切りめを入れます！」と説明していました。
ニンジンは難しいようで「初めてやる方は、にんじんはやらないほうがいいです。ぜひ、きゅうりから！」と、おすすめしていました。投稿ではほかに、同じお皿の上に盛り付けられたチキンの味付けについても触れています。
投稿内でも触れられたニンジンやチキンも添えられたメニューに、コメント欄では
「健康に良さげなヘルシーな料理ですね」
「盛り付けがきれいで美味しそう。栄養バランス良すぎるね」
「単に遊んでらっしゃるのかと思ったら、味が染み込むように考えられているんですね！」
「どうしてそうなるの？ 不思議」
