G-SHOCK MT-G、星雲グラーデションの「MTG-B3000DN」
カシオ計算機は、「G-SHOCK」のMT-Gのカラーバリエーションとして、星雲をモチーフにしたグラデーションカラーが特徴の「MTG-B3000DN」を5月に発売する。Bluetooth電波ソーラーの腕時計で、価格は176,000円。

「MTG-B3000DN」は、宇宙空間で輝く散光星雲をモチーフにしており、ステンレスベゼルにはブルーとパープルのグラデーションIPコーティングが施されている。インデックスやダイヤルのパーツにも星雲をイメージしたマルチカラーがあしらわれる。
バンドには多色のアルミ素材を混ぜたブラックのソフトウレタン素材を採用。バンドのステンレスパーツはブルーとパープルのIPコーティングで、輝く星々を表現している。
G-SHOCK「MT-G」は、樹脂とメタル素材の融合で構造美を追求するシリーズ。今回のバリエーションモデルのベースになっている「MTG-B3000」シリーズは、カーボン強化樹脂ケースでモジュールを保護し、外側をメタルパーツで覆った「デュアルコアガード構造」を採用するのが特徴。ステンレス製の裏蓋を複雑で立体的な形状に成形しており、ラグやりゅうずガードなど複数の機能を持たせ、薄型モジュール(ムーブメント)とあわせて、小型・薄型化も実現している。
ソーラー発電、電波受信による時刻修正機能、Bluetoothによるスマートフォンとの接続機能を搭載する。連携アプリは「CASIO WATCHES」。
耐衝撃構造、遠心重力性能、耐振動構造の「トリプルGレジスト」で、防水性能は20気圧防水。風防は内面反射防止コーティングが施されたサファイアガラス。高輝度LEDライトのスーパーイルミネーターが搭載される。
デュアルタイム、ストップウォッチ、タイマー、時刻アラーム、日付・曜日表示、フルオートカレンダーの各機能を備える。大きさは51.9×50.9×12.1mm、重さは111g。
