大型連休最終日もにぎわう「恐竜運動会」に「ハイハイレース」
大型連休最終日の6日も各地でにぎわいをみせています。
恐竜の化石が数多く発掘されている徳島県勝浦町では、恐竜の着ぐるみを着てリレー競走などを楽しむ催しが開かれました。
徳島 勝浦町「恐竜運動会」で恐竜のまちをPR
徳島県勝浦町には、およそ1億3000万年前の白亜紀前期の地層があり、恐竜の歯や骨などの化石が数多く発掘されています。
恐竜のまちをPRしようと、地元のNPO法人は6日、町内の体育館で「恐竜運動会」と題した催しを開き、家族連れなど20チーム、あわせておよそ100人が参加しました。
各チーム1人は、手足が短い恐竜の着ぐるみを着て参加し、あわせて7つの種目にチャレンジしました。
このうちリレー競走では、着ぐるみを着た参加者がボールを蹴りながら小刻みに走ったり、つまずきながらも何とか起き上がったりして、懸命にゴールを目指していました。
家族で参加した徳島市の30代の男性は、「着ぐるみは暑くて歩きにくいですが、子どもたちのために頑張ります」と話していました。
運動会ではこのほか、玉入れや三人四脚なども行われ、会場は仲間の声援や勝利を喜ぶ歓声で盛り上がっていました。
福井 坂井 公園で赤ちゃんがハイハイレース
福井県坂井市の公園では赤ちゃんがハイハイで進みながらゴールを目指す催しが開かれ、かわいらしい姿に会場は笑顔に包まれました。
この催しは、福井県坂井市にあるゆりの里公園で開かれ、1歳前後の赤ちゃんおよそ60人とその家族が参加しました。
公園内のホールに、マットを使って長さ3.6メートルのコースが設けられ、スタートの合図とともに4人ずつハイハイで進みながらゴールを目指します。
家族たちは、赤ちゃんの前でお気に入りの人形を見せたり、大きな声で名前を叫んだりして呼び寄せました。
順調に進む子がいる一方、途中で座り込む子や泣いてしまう子、それにスタートの方向へ戻る子もいて、かわいらしい姿に会場は笑顔に包まれていました。
レースに参加した赤ちゃんの母親は、「子どもは、眠たかったようで調子が出ませんでした。泣かずに最後までレースを頑張ってくれたのでえらいと思いました」と話していました。
また、レースで1着となった赤ちゃんの母親は、「去年は新生児でしたが、1年たって改めて子の成長を感じました。ことしの大型連休は近場でゆったりと過ごせてよかったです」と話していました。
岩手と秋田を結ぶ観光道路 「雪の回廊」楽しむ
岩手県と秋田県を結ぶ観光道路「八幡平アスピーテライン」は、山の上からの絶景を見ようという大勢の観光客でにぎわいました。
「八幡平アスピーテライン」は、岩手県八幡平市と秋田県鹿角市を結ぶ全長およそ27キロの観光道路で、ことしは4月15日から通れるようになりました。
除雪された道路の両脇に雪の壁が続く「雪の回廊」や、岩手と秋田にまたがる八幡平を山の上から見渡すことのできる絶景が、春の観光スポットとなっています。
6日は大勢の観光客が訪れ、「雪の回廊」の前で写真を撮ったり、展望台から雪の残る八幡平や岩手山を眺めたりして楽しんでいました。
青森県から訪れた小学6年生の男子児童は、「雪の回廊は写真で見るより高くてびっくりしました」と話していました。
また、盛岡市の高校2年生の男子生徒は、「去年よりも雪の回廊が高いと感じました。ふぶいていて、景色がきれいです」と話していました。
