石川 羽咋 被災者に物資を無料配布する拠点設置
能登半島地震で被災した人を支援するために全国から寄せられた物資を無料で配布する拠点が新たに石川県羽咋市に設けられ、多くの被災者が訪れています。
活動は金沢市のNPO法人「みんなの畑の会」が行っていて、羽咋市の労働福祉会館には各地から寄せられた衣類や食器、家電製品などさまざまなものが並べられています。
これらの物資はNPO法人がSNSや地元の町会を通して集めたということで、26日も午前中から多くの被災者が訪れていました。
タオルなどを受け取った七尾市の70代の女性は「家の中の掃除でタオルを雑巾代わりにしていて不足していました。遠慮せずに持ち帰れるのでありがたいです」と話していました。
このNPO法人は2月中旬から金沢市の会場で物資を配付していましたが、受け取りに来る人の負担を減らそうと大きな被害が出ている奥能登地域により近い羽咋市に新たな拠点を設けたということです。
物資の配布は、毎週金曜から火曜の午前10時から午後3時まで行われています。
NPO法人「みんなの畑の会」の西田敏明代表理事は「地震で被災して物資が足りていない人にどうにかしのいでもらいたいという思いでいっぱいです。もっと多くの物資が必要なのでぜひ寄せてください」と話していました。
