天皇皇后両陛下 「長崎くんち」表現のダンスを鑑賞 佐世保
長崎県を訪問している天皇皇后両陛下は、14日、佐世保市で、地元のダンスチームが伝統の秋祭り「長崎くんち」を表現したダンスを練習するのをご覧になりました。
12日から長崎県を訪問している両陛下は、「国民文化祭」と「全国障害者芸術・文化祭」に出席するのを前に、午前中、佐世保市の体育館を訪問されました。
そして、期間中のイベント出演に向けて地元ダンスチームの小学生から高校生15人が練習している様子をご覧になりました。
ダンスは伝統の秋祭り「長崎くんち」をテーマに、「龍（じゃ）」と呼ばれる龍の人形を複数人で操る「龍踊（じゃおどり）」を、小道具の布を使い躍動感あふれる動きで表現したもので、両陛下は音楽に合わせて時折体を動かしながら鑑賞し、盛んに拍手を送られていました。
両陛下はこのあとダンスチームの子どもたちと交流し、「すばらしかったです」とか「いつごろからダンスをしているの」などと声をかけ、「本番も頑張ってください」などと励まされていました。
両陛下は、午後には「国民文化祭」と「全国障害者芸術・文化祭」の開会式に臨まれます。
