ANA X、“個人手配”の旅を一元サポート ホテルからアクティビティまで
ANA Xは、旅の予約から管理までスマートフォンひとつでシームレスに完結するTaaSプラットフォーム構想を発表、2024年度から稼働を本格化させる。

ANA Xが構築した「TaaS(Travel as a Service、タース)プラットフォーム」は、旅に関するさまざまな予約や管理、検索やレコメンドといった一連の機能を集約し、スマートフォンひとつで完結するサービスの基盤。すべての予約でマイルが貯まり、使えるようにするANAならではの特徴も備える。
すでに提供しているアプリやWebサイトに「ホテル」「レンタカー」などの項目が追加され、新たに構築された「TaaSプラットフォーム」上で提供される。このためユーザーからは、TaaSプラットフォームが独立したサービスとして見えるのではなく、個々のサービスとその連携という形で提供される。航空券の購入が条件ではなく、広く国内の宿泊や旅行が対象になっている。
■ 拡大する個人旅行、予約・管理の煩雑さを解消
ANA Xによれば、ダイナミックプライスの導入により、昨今は個人で航空券を手配して旅行する人が増えているといい、個人旅行に対応した商品をユーザーにダイレクトに販売できるプラットフォームとしてTaaSプラットフォームが構築された。
ホテルや旅行先で利用するレンタカー、アクティビティ、クーポンの受取りなどもTaaSプラットフォームに組み込むことで、ユーザーはANAの会員登録だけで一元管理できるようになる。個人旅行のオリジナルの旅程表を作ることができ、航空券や宿泊の通知も一元的に受け取れる。
TaaSプラットフォームが構築されたことで、航空券を購入した際はホテル予約がリコメンドされるなどし、今後は旅程全般を対象としてANAがサポートする体制にする。
これまで、ANAのWebサイトで国内航空券(日帰りの日程ではないもの)を予約した人のうち、ANAで宿泊の予約をした人は約2%しかおらず、これを3倍にするのが目標としている。
「旅はどんどん個人手配に変わっていくと想定している。個人手配の煩わしさや不安を無くしていくのをTaaSプラットフォームの価値として提供していく。すべての予約をシームレスにできる世界を作っていく。TaaSプラットフォーム構想でANA経済圏の幅を広げいてく」(ANA X 旅行事業推進部 部長の森田將裕氏)と、個人旅行のサポートをANA Xの新しい事業の柱にしていく方針が語られている。
■ 国内宿泊予約を大幅拡充
ANA Xでは、3月26日に国内宿泊予約サービスの大幅リニューアルを行なっているが、これは「TaaSプラットフォーム」上で提供されるサービスの第1弾。今後、レンタカーやアクティビティなども追加し、連携できる対象を拡大していく。
国内宿泊予約サービスの大幅リニューアルでは、これまではANAの就航地が基準で、ビジネスホテルを中心とした約3,000施設だったところを、未就航地やレジャーにも対応する、旅館などを含む12,000施設にまで拡大。航空券の購入の有無に関係なく、国内旅行全般をカバーできる内容にしている。このリニューアルでは、アゴダ、リクルート(じゃらん)とAPI連携を行なっており、両サービスの品揃えを導入して内容を大幅に拡充している。
導線は各アプリに用意。例えば「ANAアプリ」の「ツアー・ホテル」タブ、「AMCアプリ」の「ホテル予約」ボタン、「ANA Pocket」アプリの「宿泊」ボタンなど。
