ジュワッとあふれる肉汁がたまらない！業務スーパーの「大容量ソーセージ」1kgもあってボリュームがすごいんです！《実食レビュー》
業務用の食品や大容量フードなど、通常のお店ではあまり見かけない商品を豊富に取り揃えている、業務スーパー。

今回購入したのは「こだわり生フランク プレーン」。価格は915円（以下、すべて税込）です。
内容量が1kgも入った、ボリュームがある冷凍のソーセージです。
パッケージを開封すると、連なった状態のソーセージが10本入っていました。
普段スーパーで買うソーセージはバラになっているものが多いので、見た目の本格さにテンションがあがる！
牧場の直売所で売ってるソーセージみたいで、味への期待が高まります。
1本あたりのサイズは（実寸）長さ13cmくらい。かなり大きめで食べ応えがありそうです。
調理方法は、冷蔵庫で3時間ほど解凍したあとに、5本あたり2リットルのお湯でボイルします。
沸騰しないくらいの火加減で、約15分茹でたら完成！
焼き色をつけたい場合は、茹でたあとにフライパンで焼いてくださいね。
茹であがったソーセージをひと口食べてみると、パリッとした食感のあとに肉汁があふれ出てきました。
味は、濃厚なお肉の旨みが口いっぱいに広がっておいしい！
あらびき肉で作ったハンバーグみたいに、ゴロッとした肉肉しさがあります。
とにかくジューシーさがすごくて、肉汁でおぼれてしまいそうです。
ほんのりと香るハーブのようなスッキリ感が、お肉の旨みとマッチしています。
食べ進めていくとピリッとした辛さも出てきて、味が単調にならないのもうれしい。
1本食べ終わる頃には「お肉を食べた！」という満足感に包まれていました。
そのままでも十分おいしいですが、他の具材と合わせてアレンジ料理も楽しめます。
今回はボイル後のソーセージを、野菜と一緒にオーブンで焼いてみました。
調理方法は、ひと口大に切った具材にオリーブオイル、すりおろしにんにく、塩コショウを和えるだけ。
200度のオーブンで、25分ほど焼いたら完成です。
