トヨタアリーナ東京のプレミアム座席、テラススイートは80万円～
トヨタアルバルク東京は、2025年秋に開業する新アリーナ「TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO(トヨタアリーナ東京)」に設置する、ホスピタリティエリアの詳細を発表するとともに、B.LEAGUEのホスピタリティエリアパッケージを6月30日に発売する。⼀般販売を開始するエリアの価格は、テラススイートが80万円～/試合、クラブラウンジが216万円(税別)～/年間など。また、屋外スペースの名称を「レンタルのニッケン JOINT PARK」に決定した。

トヨタアリーナ東京は、東京・青海に今秋開業する新アリーナ。B.LEAGUE「アルバルク東京」がホームアリーナとして利用するほか、そのほかのスポーツや音楽興行の開催も計画している。B.LEAGUE 2026-27シーズンからはサンロッカーズもホームアリーナとして使用する。
所在地は東京都江東区青海1丁目、アクセスは新交通ゆりかもめ 青海駅から徒歩4分、りんかい線 東京テレポート駅から徒歩6分。
■ 「テラススイート」などホスピタリティエリア
トヨタアリーナ東京内にはホスピタリティエリアとして、「テラススイート」「スイートルーム」「プレミアムラウンジ」「クラブラウンジ」「プレーヤーズラウンジ」「パーティーラウンジ」を用意。6月30日に⼀般販売開始となるのは、テラススイート、プレミアムラウンジ、クラブラウンジ。
テラススイートはプライベートな個室空間と近い距離で観戦できるテラス空間を兼ね備えた座席。個室ならではのきめ細やかなサービスを提供するという。テラス空間からコートまでの距離は18mで、抜群の臨場感を味わえるとしている。
部屋数は6部屋で、食事は各部屋でのビュッフェスタイル。料理は豊洲市場から仕入れた食材をアリーナ内のキッチンで調理する。また、選⼿からのウェルカムコメント動画や勝利時のドリンクサービスなど、テラススイートだけの特別な体験を提供する。
各部屋の名称は「ALVARK(アルバルク)」「BOTANICAL(ボタニカル)」「NEO(ネオ)」「OEDO(オエド)」「NIGHT(ナイト)」「BAY(ベイ)」。このうちナイトとベイには個室はなく、テラス空間のみとなる。
アルバルクはアルバルク東京の世界観を堪能できる空間を演出。ここでしか見られないアートやアルバルクにまつわる品の展示も予定している。定員は15名。
ボタニカルは“緑あふれる東京”を表現。植栽のあるテラスやグリーンを基調とした内装を特徴としている。定員は15名。
ネオは“東京のPOPカルチャー”をイメージした光の空間で、テラスの光るバーカウンターが観戦時に高揚感と軽快さを演出するとしている。定員は15名。
オエドは“江戸東京”を感じる部屋として、東京の下町文化を連想させる空間を創出。畳をイメージした座席を特徴とし、日本らしいアート展示も予定している。定員は15名。
ナイトは煌びやかな“東京の夜”を表現。東洋の夜景をイメージした空間としている。定員は12名。
ベイは“東京の海”を表現したブルーを基調とした空間で、アリーナのある“青海”から世界に広がる青い海をイメージしている。定員は12名。
スイートルームは3階に設置。個室の部屋からだけではなくバルコニー席からの観戦もできる。部屋数は16部屋で、定員は10〜14名。料理はテラススイートと同様でビュッフェ形式。⼀般販売対象外。
TOYOTA プレミアムラウンジは1階で、目の前で調理される食事を楽しめる空間として提供する。食事はラウンジでのビュッフェ形式＋ライブキッチンで調理された料理。プレミアムラウンジ利用者にはコートサイド・コートエンド・メイン席を用意し、至近距離での観戦体験ができる。販売価格は198万円(税別)～/年間(1口2席価格）。収容人数は152名。
クラブラウンジは2階で、観客席と直結したバースタイルのラウンジ。「東京×世界各国の料理」をテーマにした食事を提供する。食事はラウンジでのビュッフェ形式。クラブラウンジ利用者には、試合を真正面の位置から観戦できるアリーナベンチ反対側の座席を用意する。販売価格は216万円(税別)～/年間(1口2席価格）。収容人数は276名。
プレーヤーズラウンジは1階で、ロッカールームからコートに向かう選手をガラス越しに見られるラウンジ空間。食事はカジュアルビュッフェで、自身で作るハンバーガーやホットドックなど、フィンガーフードをメインに提供する。最大収容人数は60名。販売概要は8月頃発表予定。
CHAMPAGNE COLLET パーティーラウンジは、大人数のグループで食事とお酒を楽しみながら試合観戦できるラウンジ。最大40名の貸切に対応する。食事はパーティースタイルのカジュアルビュッフェで、肉料理などを提供。最大収容人数は25～40名。販売概要は8月頃発表予定。
ホスピタリティエリア利用者共通サービスとして、混雑なく入退場できる専用ゲート「TOYOTAゲート」と専用フロアを備える。
6月30日販売開始のホスピタリティエリアパッケージは、りそなグループ B.LEAGUE 2025-26 アルバルク東京ホームゲーム(トヨタアリーナ東京で開催)を対象とした年間販売のみ。
■ 屋外スペース「レンタルのニッケン JOINT PARK」
トヨタアルバルク東京はトヨタアリーナ東京の屋外スペースについて、レンタルのニッケンとエリアネーミングライツ契約を締結し、名称を「レンタルのニッケン JOINT PARK」に決定した。
メインアリーナのイベントにあわせてキッチンカーや各種イベント等の用途で利用できる空間で、イベントのない日には誰でも利用できるよう計画している。
JOINTPARKという名称は、「様々なイベントに参加(JOIN)してほしい」という想いと、「コンセプトの“可能性にかけていこう”(TRY)」という想いをつなげている。
