新潟県と新潟市 液状化対策など さらなる国の支援を要望
能登半島地震からの復旧・復興に向けて、新潟県の花角知事と新潟市の中原市長らが国土交通省を訪れ、液状化対策などに対するさらなる国の支援を要望しました。
12日に国土交通省を訪れた花角知事と中原市長らは、国土交通省の堂故副大臣と面会し、要望書を手渡しました。
要望書では、能登半島地震による揺れやそれに伴う液状化現象などによって、4月8日時点で2万1000棟を超える住宅被害が発生し、被災した人の生活再建や安全・安心な暮らしの維持に向けて、今後も国からの支援が必要だとしています。
具体的には、今回の地震による地盤の隆起や陥没などさまざまな被害からの復旧に向けて、国が職員を派遣するなど人的支援を行うことや、液状化対策として、地盤強化などを行う際、国が支給する交付金の要件緩和などを求めています。
要望書を手渡したあと、新潟市の中原市長は「国から交付を受ける際に必要となる住民どうしの合意が、資金面の違いなどから得られないケースもある。このため要件の緩和を要望したが、副大臣からは『しっかり受け止めて、国として対応していきたい』と回答をいただいた」と述べました。
