国交省、LINEで道路の被災状況を共有するシステム 迅速復旧に活用
国土交通省は、全国の道路管理者が災害発生時に道路の被災情報を「LINEを活用したアプリ」で収集し、報告・共有するシステムの試行運用を開始した。迅速に被災状況を把握することで、速やかな道路の復旧に役立てる。
災害発生の初期段階では、道路の被災状況を早期に把握する事が重要だが、国や地方公共団体等の道路管理者が個々に把握した道路の被災情報(位置、写真等)を、関係機関が迅速に共有できるシステムはこれまでなかった。
このため、道路緊急ダイヤル(#9910LINE版)のシステムを応用し、災害発生時に道路管理者等が現場で収集した被災情報を道路管理者側で迅速に共有できるシステムを新たに構築。1月から関東地域で試行運用されてきた。6月30日からは、全国の道路管理者(国、都道府県、政令市)を対象として試行運用を開始した。
構築したシステムでは、道路管理者らが道路の被災を発見した場合、LINEで写真や位置情報等を登録してデータを送信すると、報告した位置がWeb上の地図に自動表示されて共有可能になる。これにより、速やかな被災状況調査の実施と復旧計画の立案を行なっていく。
