ロシアのプーチン大統領は11日、大統領府で開いた記者会見で、ロシア側は、トルコのイスタンブールでウクライナ側と前提条件なしで今月15日に会談する用意があると一方的に提案しました。その上で会談に向けた準備の一環として、近く、トルコのエルドアン大統領と話すことを明らかにしました。
