重い 高い 検索も使いにくいメールを企業の 6 割が使う理由
サイバーソリューションズ株式会社は4月23日、「企業のメールセキュリティへの取り組みに関するアンケート調査」の結果を発表した。同調査は2024年1月15日から17日に、全国の従業員300名以上の企業に勤務する合計1,035名を対象に行ったアンケートの結果をまとめたもの。

システム担当者のみを対象に勤務先のメール環境について尋ねたところ、クラウドが79.4％、オンプレミスが20.6％で、具体的なメール環境としては「Microsoft 365」が全体の60.8％と過半数を占めた。メール環境の「Microsoft 365」の導入率は、全体では60.8％であったが、従業員300人～999人の企業では54.1％、従業員1,000人～4,999人の企業では61.7％、従業員5,000人以上の企業では68.8％と、企業規模が大きいほど導入率が高いことが判明した。
勤務先のメール環境の不満要素を尋ねたところ、「Microsoft 365」の不満点として挙げられたのは、「動作が重い」がその他のクラウドメールの9.5％に対し22.2％と12.7ポイント多く、「価格が高い」がその他のクラウドメールの13.1％に対し18.9％と5.8ポイント多い結果となった。
反対に、その他のクラウドメールと比べ「Microsoft 365」の不満が少ないのは、「迷惑メールフィルターが正確でない」の9.8％（その他クラウドメールは17.5％）と「メール機能が分かりにくい」の11.3％（その他クラウドメールは16.1％）で、同調査では「『Microsoft 365』の『迷惑メールフィルターの正確さ』と『メール機能の分かりやすさ』は相対的に高評価だと言え」るとしている。
Microsoft 365を導入している企業のシステム担当者のみを対象に、勤務先のMicrosoft 365プラン契約について尋ねたところ、「Microsoft 365 Business Premium」が36.0％で最多となり、「Microsoft 365 Business Standard」が19.7％、「Microsoft 365 E3」が18.0％と続いた。
