高松 母子3人乗った自転車 軽乗用車にはねられ母親死亡

7日朝、香川県高松市の交差点で、母親と2人の幼い子どもが乗った自転車が軽乗用車にはねられ、39歳の母親が死亡、5歳と1歳の子どもが病院に搬送されました。警察は軽乗用車を運転していた20歳の会社員を過失運転傷害の疑いで逮捕し、詳しい状況を調べています。

警察によりますと、7日午前7時40分ごろ、高松市番町の交差点で、高松市の川口泰葉さん（39）と2人の幼い子どもが乗っていた自転車が軽乗用車にはねられました。

川口さんは、高松市内の病院に搬送されましたが、頭などを強く打っていて、およそ2時間後に死亡しました。

川口さんの子どもの5歳と1歳の男の子も病院に搬送され、いずれも意識はあり、1人はけがをしているということです。

子ども2人は、自転車の前と後ろにつけられた子ども用のいすに乗っていたということです。

軽乗用車には20代の男女2人が乗っていて、警察は運転していた会社員の徳永さくら容疑者（20）を過失運転傷害の疑いで、その場で逮捕しました。

警察の調べに対し、「自転車に乗っていた人たちに、けがをさせたことに間違いありません」と容疑を認めているということで、警察が事故の詳しい状況を調べています。

現場は、JR高松駅から南に1キロの横断歩道のある交差点です。
