大リーグ 大谷翔平 今季のユニフォーム販売実績が3年連続1位に
大リーグで活躍する選手の人気の指標となる今シーズンのユニフォームの販売実績が発表され、ドジャースの大谷翔平選手が3年連続で1位になりました。
大リーグ機構は26日、今シーズンのユニフォームの売り上げが多かった上位20人の選手を発表し、大谷選手がおととしと去年に続いて3年連続で1位となりました。
3年連続で1位となるのは、2010年にこのランキングが始まって以降、ヤンキースひと筋で活躍したデレク・ジーターさん、同じくヤンキースのジャッジ選手、ドジャースのベッツ選手に続き4人目です。
2位は今月25日の時点で打率3割3分、ホームラン51本、109打点をマークし、アメリカンリーグのMVP＝最優秀選手を争っているジャッジ選手でした。
ドジャースからは20位以内に最多の4人が選ばれていて、フリーマン選手が3位、ベッツ選手が4位、今シーズンかぎりでの現役引退を発表したカーショー投手が12位でした。
今シーズンの大谷選手は2シーズンぶりに投打の二刀流として復帰し、25日の時点でバッターとして打率2割8分、ホームラン54本、101打点をマークし、ピッチャーとして14試合に先発して1勝1敗、防御率2.87と、投打の活躍でチームを地区優勝に導きました。
ユニフォームの販売実績でも改めて人気の高さを証明することになりました。
