「AI事業者ガイドライン」、産省と総務省が公開
経済産業省と総務省は19日、「AI事業者ガイドライン(第1.0版)」を公開した。
これまで、各省でまとめられていた関連するガイドラインを統合・アップデートしたもので、広範なAI事業者向けの統一的で分かりやすいガイドラインとして策定した。

ガイドラインでは、AIの定義やAIにより目指すべき社会、AI開発者・提供者・利用者に関する事項をまとめており、「共通の指針」を整理。「人間中心のAI社会原則」を土台としながら、諸外国における議論状況や、新技術の台頭に伴い生じるリスクへの対応等を反映してとりまとめた。
AIガバナンスのマネジメントや、開発者におけるAIモデルの設計・変更時の影響検討や対応策、利用者の適正利用などの基本的な考え方を盛り込んでいる。ガイドラインは、今後も必要な更新を継続して行なっていく。
