毎朝6時から11時まで、お得なモーニングセット「セレクトモーニング」を販売しています。

今回レビューするのは「サニーサイドアップモーニング」です。価格は715円（以下、すべて税込）。
セレクトモーニングとは「メイン」と「お好みセット」を自由に組み合わせられるモーニングセットのこと。
メインは「スクランブルエッグ」や「生ハムシーザーサラダ」などの5種類。お好みセットは「トースト」や「ごはん・みそ汁セット」などの7種類の中から選ぶことができます。
その中から今回は、メインに「サニーサイドアップモーニング」、お好みセットに「グリルドチーズサンド」を選びました。
運ばれてきたプレートには、目玉焼き（たまご2個）、サラダ、ベーコン、ソーセージが盛り付けられていました。たまごの黄身が鮮やかでおいしそうです。
グリルドチーズサンドは別皿で運ばれてきました。焼きたての良い香りがして食欲をそそります。
他には、しょうゆのボトルと、個包装のケチャップも一緒に運ばれてきましたよ。
サニーサイドアップとは、たまごの片面だけを焼く方法のこと。黄身がほぼ半熟の状態であることが特徴です。
黄身にフォークを当ててみると、とろとろの黄身が溢れてきて「おぉ！」と思わず声を出してしまいました。
白身はしっかりと固まっているので、ナイフでカットしながらいただきます。白身の周りのちょっとした焦げが、カリッとして食感のアクセントになっていました。
（約）厚さ1cmのパンでサンドされていました。バターでこんがり焼かれたトーストに、スライスチーズが挟んであります。
表面はカリッ、中はふわっとした食感で塩気とバターの主張が強い。
特に温かいうちは、バターの芳醇な香りが楽しめますよ。これだけでもお代わりしたいぐらいおいしくて、夢中で食べてしまいました。
