首相 現時点で新たな経済対策検討せず 消費税率引き下げ慎重
物価高への対応をめぐり、石破総理大臣は訪問先のフィリピンで記者団に対し、現時点で新たな経済対策は検討していないとしたうえで、備蓄米の放出などを着実に実行していくと説明しました。
また、与野党双方から意見が出ている消費税の税率引き下げには慎重な姿勢を示しました。
この中で、石破総理大臣は物価高への対応をめぐり「昨年度の補正予算や今年度予算の執行を始めたところであり、今の時点で新たな経済対策を考えているわけではない」と述べ、備蓄米の放出やガソリン価格の段階的な引き下げなどを着実に実行していく考えを示しました。
また、与野党の双方から意見が出ている消費税の税率引き下げについて、「高所得の人を含めて負担が軽減される。低所得の人が物価高にいちばん苦しんでいることを考えれば、よく検討が必要だ」と述べ、慎重な姿勢を示しました。
そして、立憲民主党が、食料品の消費税の税率を原則1年間にかぎって0％に引き下げるなどとした案を、参議院選挙の公約に盛り込むとしていることについては、「1年間の限定となると、事業者がごく短い間に2回のシステム変更が本当に可能か、事務負担はどうなのかという問題もある」と指摘しました。
一方、公明党の斉藤代表が消費税率の引き下げも選択肢になり得るという考えを示したことについては、「友党の発言であり、よく精査し議論したい」と述べました。
