佐賀 吉野ヶ里町長 課長死亡でパワハラ認定 第三者調査委員会
去年11月、佐賀県吉野ヶ里町の課長が死亡したことについて、町の第三者調査委員会は町長の発言の一部にパワハラが認められるとする報告書をまとめました。
吉野ヶ里町では去年11月、うつ病になった当時の財政協働課の課長が「命に代えてでも訴える」などという内容のメールを副町長宛てに送ったあと死亡しているのが見つかりました。
町民の要請を受けて町の第三者調査委員会が、原因を調査していましたが、16日、伊東健吾町長の発言の一部にパワハラが認められるとする報告書をまとめました。
報告書によりますと、国の補助事業をめぐって課長が去年4月、町長に対して高額な財政負担はできないと説明したところ、町長が「そう言うなら代わっていいから。俺が代えてやる」などと発言したということです。
この発言で課長は精神的な苦痛を受け、業務にあたるうえで見過ごすことができない支障が生じたとしています。
そのうえで「突発的に生じた発言であっても種々の事情が重なり、結果として1人の有能な職員を失うことになった。ハラスメント防止のための最大限の努力を望む」としています。
報告書を受けて伊東町長は「1人の職員が亡くなられたことを重く受け止めています。報告書を真摯（しんし）に受け止め、まずはご遺族におわび申し上げます」というコメントを公表し、18日、記者会見を開いて説明することを明らかにしました。
