兵庫県イオン小野店跡地に「そよら小野」 27年秋開業
イオンリテールは、「イオン小野店」(兵庫県小野市、2025年1月休業)跡地に「そよら小野(仮称)」を2027年秋に出店する。
出店計画地は旧「イオン小野店」が約42年間営業を続けてきた場所で、周囲には市役所や図書館、交流センターといった都市機能が集まる市の中心地。「そよら小野」はこうした周辺環境を踏まえ、平面駐車場を取り囲むように複数の店舗が独立して建てられるオープンモール型の商業施設として展開。開放的な買物環境の中でさまざまな交流が生まれる場所を目指す。
所在地は兵庫県小野市王子町868-1。敷地面積は約45,132m2。建物は地上2階建。
