メルペイ、店舗やECの「メルカード」分割払い可能に
メルペイは6月30日から、「メルカード」における分割払いを、街の店舗やネットショップなどメルカリ以外の支払いでも利用可能とする。
メルカードは、メルカリの利用実績等に応じて利用限度額が決まり、申し込みから利用時の即時通知、履歴確認、清算管理までメルカリアプリで完結するクレジットカード。メルカリでの買い物で利用できる分割払いは24年9月に開始した。支払い回数は2～24回払いから選択でき、2回払いのみ分割払い手数料無料。
メルカリ以外でも分割払いを利用したいという声があったことから、街の店舗やネットショップにも対応。国内・海外のJCB加盟店にて、2～24回払いの中から加盟店側が指定する支払回数に沿って選択できる。
請求時期は購入の翌月を1回目の請求とし、そこから指定された分割回数分を毎月請求。手数料は実質年率15%、2回払いは無料。
