自民総裁選 小泉農相が立候補の意向固める
自民党の総裁選挙をめぐり、小泉農林水産大臣は、地元の地方議員らから立候補に期待する声が相次いだことなどを踏まえ、立候補の意向を固めました。来週前半にも表明する見通しです。
石破総理大臣の後任を選ぶ自民党総裁選挙をめぐり、小泉農林水産大臣は、立候補に向けた調整を本格化させていて12日、地元の支援者らの意見を踏まえて最終的に判断する考えを示しました。
そして13日午前、地元の神奈川県横須賀市で、地方議員や支援者らと会合を開きました。
出席者によりますと、会合で小泉大臣は「解党的出直しが必要な状況で、自分にできる役割を担いたい」などと述べ、出席者からは立候補に期待する声が相次いだということです。
これも踏まえ、小泉大臣は、総裁選挙に立候補する意向を固めました。
来週前半にも表明し、その後、記者会見を行って、訴える政策や、野党との連携のあり方などについて説明する見通しです。
小泉大臣は、初めて立候補した去年の総裁選挙では、1回目の投票で3位となり、決選投票には進めませんでした。
総裁選挙をめぐっては、これまでに茂木前幹事長が立候補を正式に表明し、小林 元経済安全保障担当大臣も立候補の意向を表明しています。
また、高市 前経済安全保障担当大臣と林官房長官が立候補の意向を固め、来週、表明する見通しです。
