日本空港ビルデング子会社から業務委託 コンサルも申告漏れ
羽田空港のターミナルビルを運営する「日本空港ビルデング」の子会社が国税局の税務調査で所得隠しを指摘された問題で、この子会社から業務委託費として資金を受け取っていた都内のコンサルティング会社も2019年におよそ9000万円の申告漏れを指摘されていたことが関係者への取材で分かりました。
日本空港ビルデングの子会社「ビッグウイング」をめぐっては羽田空港のターミナルビルのマッサージチェア事業で、2016年までの5年間に自民党の古賀誠元幹事長の長男が代表を務める都内のコンサルティング会社「アネスト」に業務委託費として支払ったおよそ1億円が経費と認められないとして東京国税局から所得隠しを指摘されました。
実際の業務は下請けに入った健康機器販売会社がほぼすべて行っていて、「アネスト」に業務の実態がないと判断したということです。
関係者によりますと、国税局は、「アネスト」も2019年2月までの5年間に「ビッグウイング」からの業務委託費などを含むおよそ9000万円の所得を申告していなかったとして、過少申告加算税や無申告加算税を含めておよそ4000万円を追徴課税したということです。
この問題をめぐっては、「アネスト」に対して、2017年以降も4年間にわたって販売会社を介しておよそ1億円が支払われていた可能性があり、日本空港ビルデングが調査を進めていて今月上旬にも、結果を公表する方針です。
「アネスト」の代表はNHKの取材に対し、これまでにコメントしていません。
