大阪・関西万博の一般入場者数 黒字目安の2200万人を超える
閉幕まで残り15日となった大阪・関西万博は27日までの一般入場者の数が、黒字の目安とされる2200万人を速報値で超えました。
「いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン」をテーマに158の国と地域が参加して4月に開幕した大阪・関西万博は来月13日の閉幕まで残り15日となっています。
博覧会協会によりますと、チケットで訪れた一般入場者の数の累計は、速報値で27日、運営費の黒字の目安としてきた2200万人を超えました。
この2週間は連日20万人を超える人が訪れていて、このペースが続けば閉幕までの入場者数はおよそ2500万人となる計算で、2005年に開かれた愛知万博の入場者数を上回る見通しです。
今回の万博では、会場の安全を確保するため一日の入場者数に制限を設けたうえで、日時を決めての入場予約を必須としていますが、閉幕に向けた駆け込みで予約枠は最終日までほぼ埋まり、予約サイトへのアクセスも混雑しています。
博覧会協会は、入場できなくてもチケットの払い戻しはしない方針で、利用していないチケットを持つ人にどう対応するかが終盤の課題となっています。
