ニトリ、ファン内蔵の「空気が通る高座椅子」
ニトリは、電動ファンを内蔵した「空気が通る高座椅子(JC-E06FA)」の販売を一部店舗およびニトリネットにて開始した。価格は19,990円。

暑さによる不快感を軽減し、長時間でも快適に座れることを目的としたフロアチェア。立ち座りのしやすさが特長の「JC-Eシリーズ」の新モデルで、座面と背もたれにそれぞれ4個のファンを内蔵。スイッチを入れるとクッション内に風を通し、体熱で温まった空気や湿気を放出する仕組みで、風量は3段階に調整可能。
通気性に優れたメッシュ生地を採用しており、蒸れにくい設計とする。電気代は1日8時間使用で約2.3円。夏だけでなく、暖房使用時の汗ムレ対策など、オールシーズンの使用を想定している。
従来モデル同様、座面は3段階で高さ調整が可能。背もたれは8段階のリクライニング機能を備え、使用しないときは折りたたんで収納できる。
電源は付属のACアダプターを使用し、ファンの風は直接肌に当たらない構造となっている。
関連商品として、ファンを内蔵しない「高座椅子(JC-E04 GY/NA)」も14,990円で展開している。
空気が通る高座椅子(JC-E06FA)のサイズは53.5×65×95cm(幅×奥行×高さ)、高座椅子(JC-E04 GY/NA)は53×65×81cm(幅×奥行×高さ)。
