トランプ大統領 ウクライナ情勢めぐりNATO加盟国に書簡
アメリカのトランプ大統領は、ウクライナ情勢をめぐってNATO＝北大西洋条約機構の加盟国に書簡を送り、全ての加盟国がロシアからの原油の購入をやめればロシアに対する大規模な制裁を科す用意があるとして、ヨーロッパ側に対応を求めました。
アメリカのトランプ大統領は、13日、ウクライナ情勢をめぐって、NATO＝北大西洋条約機構の加盟国などに宛てたとする書簡の内容をみずからのSNSに投稿しました。
この中でトランプ大統領は「すべての加盟国がアメリカと同様の制裁を行うとともにロシアからの原油の購入をやめれば、ロシアに対する大規模な制裁を科す用意がある」としています。
そのうえで「勝利に向けたNATO加盟国の取り組みは100％からほど遠い」と不満を示し、アメリカが制裁を発動するかどうかは、ヨーロッパなど、ほかの加盟国の対応しだいだと主張しました。
そして、中国がロシアから原油などを輸入していることを踏まえ、「ロシアとウクライナの戦争の終結後に撤廃することを前提に、NATO全体として中国に50％から100％の関税を課すこともこのばかげた戦争を終わらせるのに大いに役立つ」としています。
トランプ大統領は前日の12日、停戦や和平に向けたロシアのプーチン大統領の姿勢について「我慢の限界に近づいている」と強い不満を示していて、ロシアへの圧力を強めるためヨーロッパ側に具体的な対応を求めました。
