JR京浜東北線などで一時運転見合わせ 線路付近に資材残される
28日朝、JR京浜東北線の線路付近に工事用の資材が残されているのが分かり、確認作業のため一部の区間でおよそ2時間にわたって運転が見合わせとなりました。JRが当時の詳しい状況を調べています。
JR東日本によりますと、28日午前4時半ごろ、工事を請け負っていた会社からJR京浜東北線の根岸駅と東神奈川駅の間の線路付近に工事用の資材が残されていると連絡がありました。
このため、京浜東北線の一部区間と横浜線の一部区間の運転を見合わせて、確認作業を進めたところ、会社の作業員が横浜駅と東神奈川駅の間でおよそ3メートルの鉄製の棒状の資材を見つけ撤去したということです。
この影響で京浜東北線はおよそ2時間にわたり、横浜線はおよそ1時間半にわたり一部の区間で運転を見合わせました。
JR東日本によりますと、会社から連絡を受けた際、京浜東北線の始発はすでに出発していたということですが、資材は線路の脇にあり、列車の運行には影響がなかったとしています。
JR東日本が会社から話を聞くなどして詳しい状況を調べています。
JR東日本は「ご迷惑とご心配をおかけして申し訳ございません。作業手順の再徹底と指導をはかり、再発防止に努めます」とコメントしています。
