オニツカタイガーがブランドのアーカイブモデルを再解釈し、伝統的なイタリアのクラフトマンシップとアート性を融合させた特別なコレクション「ITALIAN MADE」シリーズを発表。発売は10月下旬以降に順次展開予定。

熟練した職人による丁寧な仕上げが加わることで、単なる復刻にとどまらず、現代的で洗練された一足へと昇華されている。
展開されるのは、ブランドを象徴する「MEXICO 66™」をアップデートした 「MEXICO 66™ IM」、シンプルなローカットの 「FABRE™ LO IM」、そしてミッドカットモデル 「FABRE™ MT IM」 の3型。いずれもイタリアンレザーを贅沢に使用し、シンプルなフォルムに素材本来の質感や光沢が際立つ仕上がりとなっている。
特に「MEXICO 66™ IM」では、従来の薄いソールを厚みのあるカップソールに刷新。これにより、ビンテージ加工による奥行きある表情がより引き立ち、クラシックでありながらモダンな印象を演出している。
本シリーズ最大の特徴は、すべての工程がイタリアで行われている点 にある。イタリアの靴職人が一つひとつ手作業で仕上げることで、ビンテージ加工による独特の色合いやテクスチャーが生まれ、まるで長年履き込んだかのような風合いを再現。さらに、オニツカタイガーストライプやカッティングとの調和が、カジュアルでありながらエレガントな雰囲気を漂わせている。単なるシューズを超え、アートピースのような存在感 を放つのも本シリーズの魅力。イタリアンレザーのしなやかさと、ブランドが誇るデザイン性・テクノロジーが融合することで、快適な履き心地と美しいシルエットを両立させている。
