長野 妻殺害の罪に問われた元県議 2審で改めて無罪主張
4年前、長野県塩尻市で妻を殺害したとして、1審で懲役19年の判決を受けた元県議会議員の2審が東京高等裁判所で始まり、元県議側は改めて無罪を主張しました。
元長野県議会議員の丸山大輔 被告（50）は、現職だった2021年9月、塩尻市内にある自宅に併設された酒造会社の店舗で、当時47歳だった妻の首を圧迫して窒息させ殺害したとして、殺人の罪に問われています。
直接的な証拠がなく、元県議は一貫して無罪を主張していましたが、去年12月、1審の長野地方裁判所は、防犯カメラにうつった車の画像など複数の状況証拠を踏まえ「被告を犯人と認定することに合理的な疑いはない」として、懲役19年を言い渡しました。
元県議は判決を不服として控訴し、2日、東京高等裁判所で2審が始まりました。
弁護側は「1審判決の事実関係の認定や評価には誤りがある。被告が犯人だという仮説を出発点として認定していて、先入観に基づく不当な判断だ」などと述べ、改めて無罪を主張しました。
一方、検察は控訴を退けるよう主張しました。
審理は7月2日で終わり、判決は10月1日に言い渡されます。
