加藤財務相会見 日米財務相が共同声明
加藤財務大臣はアメリカのベッセント財務長官との間で為替政策に関する共同声明を取りまとめたと発表しました。
為替レートは市場で決定されるべきであること、為替の過度な変動や無秩序な動きは経済や金融の安定に悪影響を与えることなどを再確認したとしています。
加藤大臣は記者会見で、アメリカの関税措置をめぐって日米の間で合意文書が作成されたことを踏まえ為替分野でも協議の結果をまとめたものだとして、「日米のこれまでの共通認識とともに透明性のある為替政策などの重要性を確認した。大変意義深いものと考えている」と述べました。
