“能登半島も早い復興を” 震災の復興願うこいのぼり 宮城
来月のこどもの日を前に、宮城県白石市を流れる白石川で東日本大震災からの復興を願って寄せられたこいのぼりの飾りつけが行われました。
白石市小原地区では、地域の住民が震災からの復興を願って全国から寄せられたこいのぼりを白石川に飾る取り組みを毎年、行っています。
20日は朝から飾りつけの作業が行われ、まず、大小さまざまな500匹ほどのこいのぼりを箱から取り出して並べていきました。
そして、長さ80メートルほどの鉄製のワイヤーに取りつけ川の両岸に渡すと、こいのぼりはさわやかな春の風を受けながら元気いっぱいに泳いでいました。
小原地区活性化推進協議会の岩松義則会長は「ことしは能登半島の被災地も早く復興するように願いながら取りつけました。多くの人に見てもらい明るい気持ちになってほしい」と話していました。
こいのぼりは白石市の材木岩公園からの眺めがよく、来月11日まで見ることができます。
