東海 近畿 中国地方などで猛烈な暑さの見込み 熱中症対策を
西日本と東日本を中心に16日も気温が上がり東海や近畿、中国地方などでは猛烈な暑さとなる見込みです。こまめに水分を取るなど、引き続き熱中症対策を心がけてください。

15日は東海から九州にかけての各地で35度以上の猛暑日となりましたが、16日も西日本と東日本の広い範囲で晴れて気温が上がる見込みです。
日中の最高気温は、名古屋市で37度、大阪市や京都市、岐阜市などで36度、山口市や岡山市、福井市、甲府市などで35度と猛暑日が見込まれているほか、鹿児島市や福岡市、高松市、長野市で34度などと残暑が厳しくなると予想されています。
熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなるとして、東海から九州にかけての11県に「熱中症警戒アラート」が発表されています。
室内ではエアコンを使用し、こまめに水分や塩分を補給するなど、引き続き熱中症への対策を徹底するようにしてください。
午後は大気の状態不安定に 激しい雨のおそれ
一方、気温の上昇と湿った空気の影響で午後は大気の状態が不安定になり、西日本と東日本を中心に局地的に、雷を伴って、激しい雨が降るおそれがあります。
急な激しい雨による浸水や落雷、突風にも注意が必要です。
