タクシードライバーの点呼を自動化する「GO点呼」
GOは、自動点呼システム「GO点呼」のサービス提供を10月から順次開始する。9月2日付けで国土交通省より自動点呼機器として認定を受けたことによるもの。

「GO点呼」は、タクシー運行に必須な業務後点呼を自動化するDXソリューション。これまで同社が行なってきた、日本版ライドシェア導入事業者向けのオンライン遠隔点呼システムで培ってきた技術と知見を活かして開発された。GO加盟事業者が使用するGO管理画面と、新開発の乗務員向けアプリを組み合わせ、初めて点呼の自動化を行なう管理者や乗務員にも使いやすいサービスとしている。
従来は対面で行なっていた業務後点呼を自動化することで、運行管理者業務の効率化だけでなく、効率的に信憑性の高い点呼記録が可能。会社としてのガバナンス強化にもつながる。
今後対応予定の遠隔点呼機能では、複数営業所を有するタクシー事業者での点呼拠点の集約、災害時や緊急時など営業所への出勤が難しい場合にも、遠隔で点呼を実施できるようになる。
導入にはアルコールチェッカーと、アプリが利用可能なスマートフォンが必要。アルコールチェッカー以外の初期費用は不要で、利用実績に応じた課金制を採用している。今後は、労務管理システムとの連携や遠隔点呼にも対応予定。労務管理システムは第一弾としてシステムオリジンの「タクコン」との自動連携を予定している。
