富士山の観光道路「富士スバルライン」が開通
富士山の5合目と山梨県側のふもとを結ぶ「富士スバルライン」が23日から開通し、本格的な観光シーズンに入りました。ただ、23日はなだれ注意報が出ていたため1合目までしか行くことができず、車の通行もまばらでした。
「富士スバルライン」は富士山の5合目と山梨県側のふもとを結ぶ県の有料道路で、例年、雪が降る時期には通行規制をしていますが、除雪作業が完了したことから23日午前6時に開通しました。
山の斜面から道路に土砂が流れ込んだ影響で開通が遅れた去年より3日早い開通です。
一方、23日は富士山を対象になだれ注意報が発表されていて、1合目までしか通行できなかったこともあり、料金所を通過する車はいませんでした。
台湾から観光で訪れた30代の女性は、料金所の職員から話を聞き「5合目まで行けず残念です。お土産屋さんや郵便局に行ってポストカードを送りたかったです」と話して引き返していきました。
「富士スバルライン」を管理する県道路公社によりますと、今後、注意報が解除されて安全が確認できたら5合目までの全線で通行できるということです。
23日は山頂付近も雲に覆われ天気には恵まれませんでしたが、この開通によって富士山は本格的な観光シーズンに入ります。
