アメリカ 医薬品への関税 日本は15％が上限となる見通し
アメリカのトランプ大統領が輸入される一部の医薬品に100％の関税を課すと表明したことについて、ホワイトハウスは日本に対する関税は15％が上限になるという見通しを明らかにしました。
トランプ大統領は25日、来月から輸入される一部の医薬品に対して100％の関税を課す意向を示しました。
これについてホワイトハウスの当局者は26日、NHKの取材に対し「日本に対する医薬品の関税は15％になるだろう」と明らかにしました。
今月公表された日米の共同声明では、日本に対する医薬品への新たな関税について、ほかの国などに課す関税の中で最も低い水準にあわせる「最恵国待遇」と呼ばれる取り扱いにすることが盛り込まれています。
トランプ政権との貿易交渉では、EU＝ヨーロッパ連合が医薬品などに追加関税が発動される場合でも15％を上限にすることで合意しているため、ホワイトハウスは日本に対する関税も共同声明に沿って15％が上限になるという見通しを示した形です。
トランプ政権は近く措置の具体的な内容について発表するとみられ、こうした取り決めを踏まえて実行されるかが焦点となります。
