能登半島地震 税金の申告や納付期限の延長措置 来月末で終了へ
去年1月の能登半島地震の後、被災地の輪島市や珠洲市などでは所得税や法人税などの申告や納付の期限が延長されていましたが、国税庁は、延長の期間を来月末までで終了すると発表しました。
去年1月の能登半島地震の後、石川県と富山県を対象に、所得税や法人税、相続税など、国に納める税金の申告や納付の期限を延長する措置が実施されました。
その後、対象地域が段階的に減って、ことし2月以降は輪島市、珠洲市、穴水町、能登町が対象となっていました。
これについて国税庁は、被災地の復興状況や各地の申告状況などを踏まえ、延長の期間を来月31日で終了すると発表しました。
これで能登半島地震に伴う延長措置はすべて終了することになります。
一方、国税庁では、そのあとも被害によって期日までに申告や納付をするのが難しい場合は、税務署に申請し、承認されれば、期限の延長が認められるとしています。
