OpenAI、“AI人材”のマッチングやスキル認定制度
米OpenAIは、AIを使いこなす人材のマッチングプラットフォームを開発中と明らかにした。AIスキルの認定制度も整備し、“AIリスキル”の取り組みを拡大する。マッチングや学習ツールにはAIも活用される。
「AIが仕事を奪う」という世間一般の懸念に対し同社は、AIは業務効率を上げ、アイデアを収入に変えられるなど「より多くの機会をもたらす」という信条を説明している。一方、AIは破壊的な影響をもたらし、それをOpenAIはなくすことができず、仕事のあり方が変わり企業は適応を迫られ、「私たち全員が新しい働き方を学ぶ必要がある」と指摘している。
現在において必要なのはまずAIへのアクセスであるとし、OpenAIはChatGPTを無料で提供、毎週数億人が利用しているという。また大手企業や米国の州政府などとも協力しAIを活用できるよう支援を進めている。
OpenAIはこうした状況を進展させるものとして、ジョブマッチングのプラットフォーム(OpenAI Jobs Platform)を構築する。企業はAIに精通する従業員を“運任せ”ではなく探せるようになり、自分のスキルを活かしたいと考える人にも新たな雇用機会になる。企業側の要件と働き手のスキルを考慮したマッチングにはAIも活用される。
またこの取り組みは大企業だけでなく地元の企業も利用でき、地方自治体や商工会議所は雇用促進策としてこのプラットフォームを活用できる。
OpenAIは、AIに精通する人を認定する制度として、OpenAI認定(OpenAI Certifications)の取り組みも始める。すでに無料のオンライン学習プラットフォームとしてOpenAIアカデミーを開始しており、AIスキルの学習機会を提供しているが、仕事での基本的な利用からプロンプトエンジニアリングまで、さまざまなレベルのAI習熟度に対応できる内容に拡大する。認定制度とすることで、企業は従業員向け学習プログラムとして活用できるようになる。
