山形 秋の風物詩 巨大な鍋でつくる「日本一の芋煮会」

山形の秋の風物詩で郷土料理として知られる芋煮を巨大大鍋でつくる「日本一芋煮会」が、山形市河川敷開かれ、多くの人でにぎわっています。

日本一芋煮会」は、「三代太郎」と名付けられた直径6メートル50センチの大鍋で芋煮をつくる催しで、毎年、山形市河川敷開かれ、山形の秋の風物詩となっています。

14日は、会場に里芋3トン余り長ねぎおよそ3500本、牛肉1トン余りなど、およそ4万食分にあたる大量食材が用意され、次々投入されました。 そして、囲んだスタッフが、しょうゆや砂糖などの味付けしみこむようにかきまぜたあと、2台のショベルカーですくい上げ取り分けふるまわれました。

訪れた人たちは並んで、受け取っ出来たての芋煮を味わっていました。

香川県から訪れた50代の夫婦は「大鍋作っている様子驚いた。初めて山形の芋煮を食べたが、とてもおいしく、また食べたい」と話していました。

日本一芋煮会」は14日午後3時半ごろまで開かれます。
