「Oliveコンサルティング」設立 最上位「Olive Infinite」で資産運用相談
SBIグループとSMBCグループとの合弁による新会社「Oliveコンサルティング」が設立された。両グループによる新たな資産運用サービスとして、有人のコンサルティング機能「フレキシブルコンサルティング」をチャットや電話、ビデオ通話のほか、Olive LOUNGEなどのOlive拠点で展開する。

SBIホールディングスとSBI証券、三井住友フィナンシャルグループ、三井住友銀行、SMBC日興証券の5社による新会社。株主構成は、SBIホールディングス 10%、SBI証券 30%、三井住友フィナンシャルグループ 10%、三井住友銀行 20%、SMBC日興証券 30%。資本金は30億円。
フレキシブルコンサルティングは、両グループが26年春に立ち上げ予定のOliveの最上位ランク「Olive Infinite」向けの資産運用サービス。決済サービスと資産運用サービスをアップグレードし、Oliveコンサルティングに所属するSMBC日興証券と三井住友銀行のアドバイザーが有人で資産運用のコンサルティングを行なう。
AIチャットは24時間365日対応。有人コンサルティングはチャット、電話、ビデオ通話から選択できるほか、Olive LOUNGEなどのOlive拠点でも対応する。コンサルタントは、スキルや得意分野などから自分にあった人を選択できる。2回目以降は自分専任のスタッフを選べるようになる。
