中国 50億円超の収賄罪 前農業農村相に執行猶予付き死刑判決
中国の現職の閣僚として重大な規律違反などの疑いで取り調べを受け、その後、解任された前の農業農村相に対し、裁判所は、日本円で50億円を超える巨額の賄賂を受け取っていたとして、執行猶予のついた死刑判決を言い渡しました。
中国国営の新華社通信によりますと、東北部・吉林省の裁判所は28日、前の農業農村相の唐仁健被告に対し、収賄の罪で執行猶予2年のついた死刑判決を言い渡しました。
唐 前農業農村相は、2007年から去年にかけて、企業経営や工事の請け負いをめぐって関係機関などに便宜を図った見返りに金品を受け取り、その額はあわせておよそ2億6800万人民元、日本円で56億円余りにのぼるとしています。
唐 前農業農村相は、現職の閣僚だった去年5月、重大な規律違反などの疑いで中国共産党中央規律検査委員会の取り調べを受けていることが明らかになり、そのおよそ4か月後に解任されました。
中国では政府や軍の高官が汚職などで相次いで摘発されていて、習近平指導部としては徹底して取り締まる姿勢を示すことで党内の引き締めを図るとともにその成果を国民にアピールするねらいもあるとみられます。
