新型メルセデスAMG GT XXが出た!!! 超斬新なスーパーマシンに迫る

6月26日、メルセデスAMGは、新型「GT XX」を発表した。
新型メルセデスAMG GT XXは、AMGブランドが送り出すハイパーBEV（バッテリー式電気自動車）だ。発表されたのはコンセプトモデルだが、すでに量産体制は整っているそうだ。
新型メルセデスAMG GT XXは、現行の「GT 4ドアクーペ」の流れを汲むモデルだ。エクステリアは、ファストバックスタイルを採用。フロントまわりは、独創的なグリルが目をひく。リヤまわりは、ガラスを廃したテールゲートや6つの円形テールライトが特徴的だ。
インテリアは、2枚の大型液晶ディスプレイを設置。各所の素材は環境にも配慮された。内装にレーシングタイヤの再生ゴムから作られた合成皮革を使うという。ステアリングは、レーシングカーからインスピレーションを得た斬新なデザイン。
パワートレインはフロントに1基、リヤに2基の計3基のモーターとバッテリーで構成される。システム総合出力は1341ps。最高速度は355km/h（予想値）に達するという。
バッテリー容量は明かされていないが、新しい冷却システムの採用などによって高性能化を実現した。
充電システムも強化。850kWの急速充電にも対応するという。わずか5分で約400km分の充電を可能にした。現在、メルセデスとイタリア「アルピトロニック」社が共同で充電器を開発中とのこと。
新型メルセデスAMG GT XXは、来年市販モデルが登場予定。価格などは今後明かされる。日本導入は未定だ。
