石川 輪島 仮設住宅入居前にボランティア利用呼びかけるチラシ
石川県輪島市の仮設住宅では、27日から始まる住民の入居を前に地元の社会福祉協議会がボランティアの利用を呼びかけるチラシを部屋に置いていきました。
26日から入居が始まる輪島市マリンタウンの仮設住宅には輪島市社会福祉協議会の担当者やボランティアなど10人余りが集まり、市が入居者のために用意した布団や冷蔵庫といった家財道具を運び入れる作業を行いました。
社会福祉協議会は住民からのボランティアの依頼を受け付ける窓口となっていため、これにあわせて積極的な利用を呼びかけるチラシを部屋に置いていきました。
チラシには、住宅の片づけや道路までの災害廃棄物の運び出しのほか、専門の技術ボランティアによる活動についても相談できることが記されています。
社会福祉協議会によりますと、最近のボランティアの依頼の数は1日当たり40件ほどで、先月と比べると2倍ほどに増えているということです。
一方で避難生活の長期化や制度の周知不足などによってボランティアを依頼できていない住民も少なくないとして、市などは周知を強化することにしています。
輪島市社会福祉協議会介護福祉課の荒木正稔課長は「被害状況を見ると、ボランティアの受付件数はまだまだ少ないと感じる。復興に向けたお手伝いができるように、周知を続けていきたい」と話していました。
