LINEヤフー、社内で生成AI活用を義務化
LINEヤフーは、全従業員約11,000人を対象に、業務における「生成AI活用の義務化」を前提とした新しい働き方を開始すると発表した。生成AIの活用により、今後3年間で業務生産性を2倍に高め、継続的なイノベーションの創出を目指すとしている。
この取り組みでは、同社の従業員の業務の3割を占めるという「調査・検索」「資料作成」「会議」などの共通領域から着手し、社内活用ルールを策定する。例えば調査・検索では「まずはAIに聞く」、資料作成ではAIでアウトラインを作成し「ゼロベースの資料作成は行なわない」、会議はAIで議題を整理、議事録もAIで作成し「本当に必要な人だけ出席」、などのルールを策定し、業務効率の向上を図る。
これらのルールの目的は、生成AIの活用ではなく、生成AIの活用を前提とした働き方に変えることで、「従業員がより創造的な新しいチャレンジに集中できる環境を整備し、イノベーションの創出を図ること」としている。
同社では、部門内に生成AIの活用を促す生成AI活用推進者を全部署に設置済み。今後はさらに、社内表彰や社員アンバサダー制度などの施策を通じて、活用促進も実施していく予定。
LINEヤフーはすでに独自の生成AIツールを社内へ提供している、2025年6月からは、全従業員へ「ChatGPT Enterprise」のアカウントを付与し、100%活用に向けた環境整備を進めていた。また、全従業員にリスク管理やプロンプト技術に関する、必須のeラーニング研修を行ない、試験合格を生成AIの利用条件としている。
7月14日時点で、個人向けサービスを中心に51件の生成AIを活用した機能を導入。社内活用においては、業務効率化のプロジェクトが35件以上進行している。
