素材や製法にこだわって、お店で手作りされたシュークリームが看板商品です。
今回レビューするのは「森永ミルクキャラメルシュー」。価格は290円（以下、すべて税込）です。
森永製菓のロングセラー商品「森永ミルクキャラメル」とのコラボ商品です。
公式サイトによると、森永ミルクキャラメルの味わいをイメージしたクリームを、生地の中に詰め込んでいるとのこと。
シュー生地の表面は、たっぷりのキャラメルグレーズでコーティングされています。
袋から出した時点から、キャラメルの甘くて芳ばしい香りが漂ってきました。
シュークリームにかぶりつくと、とろとろのクリームが溢れ出しました。
クリームは、ミルクのコクやキャラメルの濃厚な甘さたっぷり。
ほんのり塩気も感じる香ばしい味わいで、ミルクキャラメルの風味がしっかり再現されています。
バニラビーンズ入りのクリームなので、しっかり甘くて風味豊か。
個体差もあると思いますが、筆者が食べたものはクリームの量が中で偏っていました。
全体的に、もう少しクリームが多かったら良かったなと思います。
シュークリームの生地は、さっくりと軽快な歯ざわり。サクッ、パリッとした食感とともに、小麦の香ばしさで満たされます。
生地にかけられたキャラメルグレーズは飴のように固まっていて、パリパリっと割れる感覚がたのしい！
味わい深い風味だけでなく、軽やかな食感もたのしめますよ。
バリッと分厚いキャラメルグレーズは、噛んだ後に口の中でしゅわりと溶けていく！
甘じょっぱくて香ばしい味わいが、口いっぱいに広がります。
まるでミルクキャラメルを溶かしてかけたかのような、濃厚な甘さがたまりません。
ミルクキャラメル味の再現度が高くてびっくり！全体的に甘めで、コーヒーがよく合う味でした。
SNSでは「めちゃくちゃに甘い。悪魔的な美味しさだ…」「クリームたっぷりで美味しい！！」「そのまんまミルクキャラメル味。めちゃ甘で最高」といった声が寄せられています。
甘いものを食べたいときにぴったり。コーティングとクリームのダブルでキャラメルが味わえる、至福のシュークリームでした。
